Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to show yourself love by moving your body and working up a good sweat. And a good reminder for this day as well as every other day? Give YOURSELF what you need. If that’s a card, flowers and chocolates that don’t appear to be coming from anywhere/anyone else, don’t sit around crying about it- go GET it. And then ENJOY IT.
