Ask yourself: what am I stuck TO?

Ever notice that when you’re stuck, it’s often because you’re holding on to something that’s keeping you in place?

The soul workout is to acknowledge what it is you’re holding on to.

and let it go.

The grandly mapped out life plan that fit squarely into a desired timeline.

Beliefs of what should have been. Images of what might have been. Longing for what could have been.

But ISN’T.

LET GO of your resistance to what IS.

Only in releasing that which isn’t can we squarely focus on what IS, allowing our other eyes to become opened to the brilliance that is and always has been hiding in plain sight right in front of us.
