The above quote reminded me of what Neo learned from spoon boy: “Do not try and bend the spoon, that’s impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth… there is no spoon. Then you’ll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.”
Steven C Hayes, PhD is urging us to recognize that we’re trying to solve problems where there are none, rather than letting go and letting life.
